CPE grants permission to print one copy, in its entirety of each issue of the Phlebotomy Today e-newsletter for personal use without prior permission provided that all copyright and other notices contained in the document are maintained. Electronic versions may not be forwarded to non-subscribers. The e-newsletter in whole or in part may not be digitally or electronically reproduced, stored in a retrieval system that allows multiple user access, or transmitted in any other electronic or digital form.

Phlebotomy Today Institutional subscription

Electronic distribution within the limitations established herein requires purchase of an institutional subscription. CPE grants permission to institutional subscribers to distribute printed and electronic copies of each issue of the Phlebotomy Today e-newsletter to verifiable employees within their facility (see Definitions) or verifiable employees and students in an academic department (see Definitions) without prior permission provided that all copyright, unauthorized distribution, and other notices contained in the document are maintained. Definitions

“Facility”— one physical structure, including satellite facilities staffed by employees who perform blood collection procedures on behalf of, or upon request by, the main facility within the same legally defined metropolitan area as the main facility.
“Academic department”— program(s) on one or more campuses of the institution within its legally defined metropolitan area or county. A School of Allied Health, for example, may consist of a nursing school and a clinical laboratory science program. Each program is required to purchase its own subscription for distribution to its staff and students within the program.
“Territory”— students in an academic program within a legally defined metropolitan area or county.
“Representative”— employee of a corporation or organization whether located regionally (e.g., at corporate headquarters), intranationally, or internationally (e.g., members of a sales team).
