To use PhlebotomyWeb, an institution needs access to the Internet from any computer. Using Internet Explorer™ and a high-speed Internet connection, staff can complete training and competency assessment anywhere, anytime.

How and when will I receive access to PhlebotomyWeb after my purchase?
