
Phlebotomy National Certification Examination Review Workshop
Based on current CLSI Venipuncture and Skin Puncture Procedures
This 3-day phlebotomy review program is for currently employed Phlebotomist, Phlebotomy Instructor/Supervisor, Laboratory Personnel, Medical Assistant, and Patient Care Technician who desires a review of the latest CLSI phlebotomy guidelines and to prepare for your phlebotomy technician national certification examination.
Prerequisites for phlebotomy technician national certification examination:
- High school graduation (or equivalent) AND
- Completion of one year full time acceptable work experience as a phlebotomy technician in a CLIA accredited laboratory within the last three years. This experience must include venipunctures and skin punctures. (Full time experience is considered thirty-five hours per week).
- A completed verification form and letter from your current/past employer are required. Forms will be provided at workshop.

Classroom training and supplies, Success! In Phlebotomy 7th edition- exam review book, Student liability (malpractice) insurance.
Payment due in full five (5) days prior to workshop date. Minimum deposit is $75.00 (seventy five dollars). Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. PO's from facilities are also accepted.

Clean scrubs and enclosed shoes are required to be worn to workshop.
