Tuition Information

Tuition: $2500.00
(Payable in advance, no later than one week before the first day of class unless other arrangements have been made) Please see our refund policy below

Tuition Includes: 

• All classes
• Textbooks and all materials used in the classroom
• Student liability insurance
• White lab jacket (for use at clinical practice sites)
• Healthcare worker CPR card
• Certification exam

Tuition Does Not Cover:

• Health insurance for the student.  It is your responsibility to provide your own coverage
• Vaccinations
• Scrubs or shoes

Our Refund Policy:

1. Students are entitled to a full refund as noted below:
   
   1. The student cancels the enrollment application within six (6) days after signing*
      
   2. Student does not meet minimum admission requirements*
      
   3. Errors in written promotional materials led student to enroll in program*
      
   4. Student has not visited the class location prior to enrollment and upon touring the school
      or attending the first class, the student withdraws from the program within three (3) days*
      
2. A student withdrawing from the program, after starting the program, is entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the number of days they attended class (clinicals not included), less an application / enrollment fee of ten percent (10%) of the total tuition, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100). *
   
3. The student’s proper refund, based upon the student’s last day of attendance, will be made within thirty (30) days of the student’s request for cancellation or withdrawal.
   
4. Tuition paid for by student loan, grant, scholarship, or other similar instrument will not be refunded to the student, but will be refunded to the loaning or granting institution in the same full or pro-rata amount that would be due to the student had they paid for it themselves.

*In all instances books and instructional materials must be returned in good condition or the amount required to replace books and/or materials will be deducted from the refund.

In the event of inclement weather, power outages, etc. which necessitate that the school cancel classes, the makeup days will be added to the end of the schedule.  Students will be notified by telephone call if classes will be cancelled.  Attending all instruction is critical for your success and classes must be made up.
